Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to info@xyzgamelabs.com.
For shipments damaged in transit, a claim should be filed with the carrier. Please retain the original packaging at the original delivery location until the claim has been resolved.
