Shipping Policy

As much as we'd like to, we currently do not offer shipping outside the Lower 48 United States plus Washington, DC.

    How Long Will Shipping Take?

    We typically process new orders once a week, on Wednesdays, though during higher volume times, we may process orders more frequently.

    We typically send via USPS or UPS Ground. Transit time will depend on your distance from Warrenville, IL, but should range between 3-7 days.

    How Can I Track My Shipment?

    If you provided an email address when you placed your order, you will receive a tracking number via email when the item ships.

    Refunds & Returns 

    All sales are final. We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

    Exchanges (if applicable) 
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to info@xyzgamelabs.com.

    For shipments damaged in transit, a claim should be filed with the carrier. Please retain the original packaging at the original delivery location until the claim has been resolved.
